Roscommon Government Offices – Dept. Of Social Welfare refurbishment
The department of Agriculture vacated allocated premises located within the government building in Roscommon. These newly vacated offices were to house the entire department of Social Welfare for the region. This being the case the floors the department was to occupy within the offices were to be completely stripped out and refurbished to meet the requirements for such a department. Works were to be on three floors comprising of demolitions, new partitions, new flooring, new ceilings, new electrical and mechanical services. All finishes were of a high specification as per the OPW requirements. – €155,000 ex. VAT.
