Roscommon Gaels New Sports Facilities and ancillary works(Phase 1) / Works to Dr. Hyde Park Roscommon (Phase 2) – €210,000 ex VAT
Project (Phase 1) was to create a new football pitch for the Roscommon Gaels GAA Club with drainage, boundary walls, fencing, floodlighting, stands, ancillary and amenity works including a large public car park, footpaths street lighting and connection to public services.
Project (Phase 2) Works consisted of Compliance in accordance with Fire Regularisation Certificates.
The works consisted of all electrical conduits, lights, switches or plugs were tested and replaced where necessary and fitted fit new emergency lighting. Structural steel painted with specific certified fire proofing Intumescent paint. Galvanised steel hand rails to be supplied and fitted also timber partitions to be removed and made good. Doors to be removed and replaced with new 30 min or 60 minute fire resistant doors as required. Cutting and removing concrete benches. Installation of reinforced concrete steps and more handrails
