T. Connolly & Sons were to demolish the existing accident and emergency building. Provide a temporary building suitable for the purposes of an active accident and emergency with appropriate room layouts and medical fittings and fixtures annexed to the “Live” hospital.
Construct a new accident and emergency building complete with ambulance bays, roadways and all ancillary works. The new state of the art accident and emergency building was fully interfaced with the existing hospital and contained all of the required elements essential to the running of such a facility such as xay facilities, a 12 bed ward bespoke details and medical fixtures and fittings. – € 6.1 million ex.
