TCSL have been carrying out tendered works for the ESB since 2005 and on frameworks since 2010.

- Interviews with company directors and ESB Networks and ESB International
- Culminating in a final tendering process
TCSL have been on ESBN civil frameworks since 2010. TCSL are currently on the second such framework (after expiry of the previous framework). TCSL have carried out 38 projects for ESB Networks.
ESB Networks substations carry their own unique safety requirements due to the nature of their operations. TCSL’s employees have undergone strict training and safety vetting regimes to ensure the works as carried out in a safe and secure manner.
Works generally involved constructing plinths, traffo bunds, block ducting, cable ducting, compound stoning, creating roadways, fencing, tarmac laying, drainage works, flood alleviation works, Bases for control buildings, new control buildings and other ancillary works.
