This project ran in two phases from April 2015 to November 2015.
Phase 1
Removal of existing pathways, piling new pathways and services, installation of new pathways for access and disabled access.
Removal of existing roadway and construction of a new parking area for staff at side of building.
Installation of foul and rain services to the existing building.
Removal of existing roadway and set down area to rear of building, installation of new interceptor and concreting entire rear area for HGV delivery area.

Phase 2
Complete refurbishment of existing building.
Removal of floor at rear lobby, piling area and installation of new floor to carry weight of delivery HGV.
New louver installation to delivery lobby.
All new external windows and doors.
Complete new mechanical and electrical fit out.
New lift shaft and lift.
Flooring, partition walls, fireproofing, fire rated doors automated doors and automated panel doors.
Access systems.
Security installation, CCTV, Alarms and Access.
Ensuring compliance was met for the DAC.
Storage systems.
Canteen, toilets, showers, locker/changing rooms.
Painting and decoration.
Turnkey handover.
Project was completed within the projected programme and within budget.
